The Seated Leg Curling allows you to effectively isolate the hamstrings through a single flexion of the knee in sitting position with hip flexion. The CAM guarantees a natural adaptation of the load generating an optimal tension over the entire arc of movement. You can also adjust the starting angle of the thrust roller to suit the different needs of the athlete.
