Gymleco 194 Fixed Decline Bench

Decline bench is often used in decline bench presses. Unlike regular bench presses, you are tilted down with your head during the exercise to target the lower pecs. This one is in fixed form, we also have an adjustable version. 

This Decline Bench is in fixed form which means that the back cushion angle is -15 °. The bench is designed with a seat that has a further -15 ° for maximum function and comfort.
