The Reverse Hyper machine allows you to train reverse back extension in a safe and effective way. The exercise itself without weight loading is often used for the rehabilitation of patients with back problem because the load in this exercise does not affect the back in a wrong way. Of course it’s used in building glutes as well and works fine there too!
