You can do a lot of functional training and strength training with this rack. Not only squats but also rows, pulls and presses. There are seven different levels on the barbell holders on this rack. The 3 bottom ones are adapted for lying exercises such as bench presses while the top ones for standing exercises such as squats. Just add one of our premium barbells, benches and weight plates and you have a great set up for your gym. You can easily sort your weight plates with the steel weight hangers on each side. This will make your life easier since the weight plates won’t end up on the floor and make a mess at your gym.
