The BUGE IF9315 Pec Fly / Rear Delt is a commercial dual-function selectorized machine for training the chest, shoulders, and upper back.

For the pec fly movement, users face forward and bring the arms together to target the pectoral muscles. For the rear-delt movement, users face the pad and move the arms outward to train the posterior shoulders and upper back.
