Body Masters Vertical Chest Press

The Body Masters Vertical Chest Press is a commercially built strength machine for upper body strength training, specifically the chest muscles. It has a selectorized weight stack that runs through a belt and pulley system and goes up to 300 lbs. There is a curved handle so you can use a variety of hand positions for pressing. There is a starting lever to help get the press arm into position for the pressing movement. There is an exercise placard that shows the basic operation of the machine as well as the muscle groups involved. Item is very well built and compact for a health club setting.
